In support of the “Make in India” initiative, valve manufacturing has commenced at Khardah, near Kolkata, alongside existing facilities in Castelnuovo (TN), Italy and ESKİŞEHİR, Turkey. To accelerate innovation, dedicated Valve R&D units have also been set up in Khardah, working alongside our established research centre in Bolgare (BG), Italy solidifying Electrosteel’s leadership in valve technology and manufacturing excellence.

Electrosteel’s ductile iron valves are coated using a state-of-the-art Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating system, where epoxy powder is applied onto pre-heated valve surfaces and fused to form a continuous protective layer.
