The plunger flow control valve is mainly designed to regulate flow rate and pressure in water pipelines. This regulation is achieved by the axial movement of a plunger, operated by a shaft - rod - crank mechanism. di-valves

The Double Flanged Double Eccentric Butterfly Valve is designed to stop or control the flow in a pipeline. It can also be used as a control valve within certain limits.

Automatic control valves, have the integral capability to control the function using energy from the conveyed water by adjusting the position of the obturator.

Resilient Seated Gate Valve is a bidirectional on/off full port valve, made of ductile iron and designed for the supply and distribution of drinking water and also used in sewage water treatment plants.

A Swing check valve is a type of check valve (or non-return valve) automatically prevents fluid from flowing in the wrong direction in a piping system. Swing check valves are designed to open fully, creating a smooth, unobstructed flow path with a low pressure drop, making them efficient for various applications.

A double chamber triple function temper proof air release valve also known as combination air valve is a device used in water pipelines to automatically manage air during system startup, shutdown, and operation.
| NAME OF PROTECTION | DESCRIPTION | GUIDING STANDARDS |
|---|---|---|
| Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) Coating | Electrosteel’s ductile iron valves are coated using a state-of-the-art Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating system, where epoxy powder is applied onto pre-heated valve surfaces and fused to form a continuous protective layer. | BS EN 14901 / BS 6920-1, WRAS, GSK |
| EPDM Rubber | All rubber components such as seats, O-rings and gaskets are manufactured from high-quality EPDM rubber suitable for continuous contact with potable water. | ISO 4633, EN 681-1, / BS 6920-1, WRAS |
| Epoxy Powder | The epoxy powder used for valve coating is a 100% solids, thermosetting epoxy resin specifically developed for potable water applications. | BS 6920-1, WRAS |
| Materials in Contact with Water | All metallic and non-metallic materials used in valves, including elastomers, greases and lubricants, are carefully selected and tested for potable water service. | EN 1074-1 & 2 |
